This site collects information when you submit the volunteer interest form: your name, email, optional phone number, community, interests, availability, travel preference, and any notes you provide.

How your information is used

Your submission is saved for the site organizer to review and is forwarded through FormSubmit to the PAC coordinator’s email to coordinate volunteer participation. FormSubmit processes the information you enter and may present a spam-prevention check. The form does not automatically subscribe you to text messages, process a donation, or confirm a deployment.

Questions or removal requests

Contact the PAC through its Facebook page to ask about your submission or request its removal. Avoid including sensitive personal information in the notes field.

Site preferences and external links

Your browser temporarily remembers whether it has shown the intro animation. FormSubmit, Facebook, and other linked platforms have their own privacy practices.
